Manages the region's domain name, sets up email forwards (aliases), and supervises most online assets (websites, google sites, google docs, etc) -- granting access and training others when necessary so board members can update their own portions of the website and/or Google documents. Having the owners of information update their own portions greatly reduces the amount of work the webmaster needs to do. The webmaster should periodically review, groom, and make changes as needed to the website if other board members are unable.
Currently the region's webmaster is really the region's cloud-based systems IT manager.
Note that specific web based database information systems like eAYSO, BlueSombrero, Arbiter, etc are managed separately but the webmaster should know who is managing them.
Time requirement: usually 2-5 hours per month throughout the year.
